1. Order Cancellation
1.1 By Customer (Before Shipping)
You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
To cancel, go to your order history or contact our support team as soon as possible at contact@kitabwalah.com.

We may cancel your order due to:
Product not available
Wrong pricing or product details
Payment not successful or suspected fraud
If your order is cancelled by us, you will be informed, and the full amount (if already paid) will be refunded.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund in the following cases:
You cancelled the order before it was shipped
You received a wrong, damaged, or defective product
⚠️ Important: To be eligible for a refund, you must provide an uncut opening video of the courier parcel taken at the time of opening the package. Without this video proof, refund requests will not be accepted.
2.2 Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be given if:
The product was used or damaged after delivery
The product is returned without original packaging
No opening video is provided as proof
The return request is made after the return window has closed
2.3 Refund Process
Once we approve your refund request, we will begin the refund process.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (like UPI, bank account, or card).
Refund time: 5–7 business days after approval (time may vary depending on the bank or payment partner).
3. Return Window
Return or refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

4. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
The product must be in original condition (not used or damaged).
Keep the original packaging, invoice, and tags.
Books must not have torn pages, writing, or marks.
If the product does not meet these rules, the return will be rejected.
5. Exchange Option
If you received a wrong or damaged item and you have provided the opening video, you may:
Request a replacement (if stock is available), or
Request a refund
